Step 1: Access the Users Section in the WordPress Dashboard Log in to your WordPress admin area and navigate to the left-hand side menu. Here, you will find the 'Users' tab. Click on it to open the Users section, which displays a list of all users on your website. Locate the user for whom you want to change the password and click on their username to open their profile page. Step 2: Set a New Password Once you are on the user's profile page, scroll down to the 'Account Management' section. Here, you will see the 'New Password' subsection. Click on the "Set New Password" button to generate a new, strong password. Alternatively, you can click on the 'Show password' button to reveal the password field and manually enter your desired password. Make sure to choose a strong, unique password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. This ensures better protection against unauthorized access. After you have entered the new password, click on the 'Update User' button at the bottom of the page to save the changes. Your user's password is now successfully changed.
